As a fresh Economics graduate from Singapore’s Nanyang Technological University, I was exploring different career options and came across CNCo’s Management Trainee programme in my school’s career newsletter. Although I was initially set on a career in the finance industry, this programme instantly piqued my interest as it offered structured rotations across various departments.

I spent my first two years in CNCo working in different departments, which allowed me to obtain the macro perspective on the company’s operations and how every department was interlinked. This programme also provided me with hands-on experience and the opportunity to travel, including visiting places in the Pacific Islands which I never thought I’d see in my lifetime.

The programme was flexible and gave me the opportunity to rotate to my current department, Tonnage, where I decided to take on a full-time role after completion of the programme Since then, I have been exposed to a variety of impactful tasks and continue to learn something new every day.
